Annual and Digital Giving Coordinator

We're hiring an Annual and Digital Giving Coordinator! This is a career, 100% time appointment eligible for full university benefits:

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Annual & Digital Giving, this position is responsible for general financial support, large meeting scheduling, project management and customer service needs for Annual & Digital Giving. The incumbent will be asked to work with external vendors to ensure timeline are met and that deliverables are achieved.

The person in this position will manage be asked to work with Annual & Digital Giving staff to manage the customer service needs of our donors and constituents. This can include responding to emails, returning phone calls and draftiner correspondence as needed. Additionally, this individual will be asked to supervise the Annual & Digital Giving student interns to ensure schedules are coordinated, timesheets are accurate and tasks are assigned. This person will also be asked to track project timelines, outcomes from solicitation activities and update the Annual & Digital Giving dashboard. This role will also need to be prepared to track the solicitation and communications calendar for Annual & Digital Giving activities.
